Yes, we offer a one-time 14 days money back guarantee, valid for your first time subscription only.

Do you offer discounts?

We do offer discounts for annual payments, basic plan is billed 1000 EGP instead of 1200 when paid annually, same for advanced plan, which is billed 2200 EGP instead of 2600.

As part of our dedication to NGO’s support, we offer a special 50% off discount to all NGO’s and community development entities.

What is SEO and link building?

SEO, is a short for search engine optimization, which is now an industry standard, and it a set of codes and copy editing practices on-site, that insure your website is readable to search engines, also serves the focus keys words among many other factors.

Link building is an off-site process which means having other sites linking to your application or website, either through reviews or link exchange, ..etc.

Can I switch between basic and advanced plan?

Yes, but to avoid billing conflicts, your upgrade or downgrade starts after end of current plan’s month. However, if you have an urgent request, you can reach to us through support channels, dedicated for our clients and we will be happy to help.

Are there special packages for WordPress?

WordPress, like all other content management systems (CMS) such as Drupal, Joomla, ..etc. is based on set of codes and a database, hence, all the services we offer applies to it.
